Our Owner

Hi I am Lavanya Sanjay, Director of First Step Montessori. With a passion for early childhood education and years of experience in the field, our founder established First Step Montessori with a vision to create a learning environment where children thrive.

Our founder believes that education should be child-centered, allowing each child to discover their unique talents and interests. Through personalized attention and a nurturing approach, we ensure that every child receives the support they need to succeed.
